Luis Rodriguez is a senior technology executive, former CIO/CTO, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, technology risk, and operational change. Throughout his career, he has built and led technology organizations, developed scalable digital platforms, and partnered with executive teams and boards to align technology strategy with enterprise objectives.

He brings a distinctive combination of technology expertise, product innovation, financial discipline, and business leadership. As a CPA with an MBA in Information Systems, International Business, and Finance from New York University, he evaluates technology decisions through the lens of enterprise value creation, capital allocation, operational performance, risk management, and long-term sustainability.

Luis has served as CIO and CTO across SaaS, IoT, media, nonprofit, association, and professional-services organizations, leading global teams, managing significant technology portfolios, and delivering complex transformation initiatives. His experience includes cybersecurity governance, AI adoption, cloud modernization, enterprise systems, data strategy, digital products, mergers and acquisitions, and technology-enabled growth.
